This came as a surprise to us but apparently humpback whales have been spotted in the Hudson River by New York City, an indicator that the water quality has been steadily improving.
This is some feel good ecological news we felt was both fun to think about and worth sharing!
Ordinarily when you hear of the Hudson River you think “gosh I hope I don’t get any of it on my shoes” but now the whales have us thinking otherwise!
Dolphins are being spotted as well - go healthy ecosystems! Anyway, consider the whale and the importance of water over your next cup of RCC.
Water is one of the most important parts of coffee after all! :)
